1. Order Processing & Production

At Dirt Pretty 13, most products are created through our trusted print-on-demand fulfillment partners.

Because items are made to order, production time is required before shipping.

Estimated production time: 2–7 business days.

Production times may vary depending on product type, availability, fulfillment location, and seasonal order volume.

Business days exclude weekends and recognized holidays.

Production time is separate from shipping and transit time.

2. Shipping & Delivery Estimates

Once your order has completed production, it will be shipped to the address provided during checkout.

Estimated shipping times within the United States:

Standard Shipping: Approximately 3–7 business days after production.
Total Estimated Delivery: Approximately 5–14 business days from the date of purchase.

These are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates. Actual delivery times may vary depending on the product, shipping carrier, and destination.

Any specific delivery commitments provided at checkout and rights under applicable law will apply.

3. Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated and displayed during checkout before payment is completed.

Rates may vary based on product type, quantity, destination, and fulfillment provider.

Any available free-shipping promotions will be clearly identified on our website or during checkout.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when available.

Please allow time for the carrier to update tracking details after your package has been shipped.

As a result, items purchased together may arrive in separate packages and on different dates.

When available, separate tracking information will be provided for each shipment.

7. Incorrect Shipping Addresses

If your order is marked as delivered but you cannot locate it, please check around your delivery location and contact the shipping carrier.

If your package remains missing, contact Dirt Pretty 13 so we can investigate and assist with an appropriate resolution.

If your package or merchandise arrives damaged, please contact us promptly with your order number and clear photographs of the damage.

We will review the issue and determine the appropriate resolution in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy and applicable consumer protection laws.

9. International Shipping

International shipping availability depends on the product, fulfillment provider, and destination.

Available shipping destinations and applicable charges will be displayed during checkout.
